Intwish developed Reaching the Top, a career-simulation game designed to help government employees build real-world service and leadership capabilities through experiential learning. Originally created for the Saudi Business Center (SBC), the solution demonstrates how gamification can be used to prepare public sector teams for complex, high-impact workplace situations. The experience guides participants from entry-level roles to service leadership by placing them in realistic scenarios that reflect day-to-day public service challenges. Players learn to manage difficult customer interactions, collaborate across departments, resolve conflicts, and make informed team-based decisions while strengthening leadership, empathy, and emotional intelligence. The game features a dynamic scoring and feedback system that reinforces learning in real time, competitive region- and branch-based leaderboards to drive engagement, and integration with enterprise learning platforms for performance tracking and analytics. The result is a scalable, data-driven learning experience that builds confidence, capability, and consistency across teams.
