Truck Driving Simulation for a Global IOC

Intwish developed an immersive truck driving simulation for the complete fleet of Shell drivers in Pakistan, designed to provide practical, hands-on training in a safe virtual environment. The simulation covers a wide range of critical skills, including defensive driving, knowledge of road regulations, vehicle rollover prevention, emergency response, safety and first-aid, fire fighting, journey management, vehicle inspection, personal protective equipment, and safe loading and decantation procedures. By using this interactive simulation, drivers can experience realistic scenarios, practice decision-making, and build confidence in handling challenging situations—all without the risks associated with on-road training. This innovative approach ensures that learning is engaging, measurable, and directly applicable to daily operations.
